Please contact Wrexham & Shropshire Customer Services if:

  • You have any special travel requirements (please try to give us 24 hours notice)
  • You lose an item of property on one of our trains.  If we find an item of lost property, we’ll always do our best to contact the owner if they can be identified.  We retain items for up to 3 months after they’ve been handed in
